Our Vision
The United States lags behind the rest of the developed world in the quality, accessibility, and affordability of medical care for its people.
We strive to inspire political change to move towards a better future for all.
Statistics:
The average EpiPen costs $300.Nearly 1/5th of people seeking an abortion traveled over 50 miles for care.
12.4% of people have nowhere to go for regular, affordable care
What we do
We mobilize students to identify and discuss specific issues within health policy and public health, and subsequently take action to rectify those issues through multidisciplinary engagement with public officials and the community.
We Advocate
We actively reach out to local, state, and national policymakers with compelling graphical data representation to advocate for legislation that enhances health access and equity.
We
Unite
Today’s undergraduates are more aware than ever of the health disparities in their communities. We bring like-minded peers from across the nation together and inspire them to make their voices heard, turning their vision for a better future into reality.
We
Educate
Many programs designed to address health inequities are poorly marketed, leading to a lack of awareness by the people who need them most. We aim to bridge that gap through resource promotion campaigns backed by data and fueled by a passion for better healthcare outcomes.
We Rewrite
Our group of changemakers work towards changing legislation that perpetuates health inequities and lower standards of care. We seek to alleviate the high price of medical care and lack of accessibility for certain populations.
Our numbers that speak
We have numbers that push us to give in our best and make sure that we break our own records. We are happy to be growing and helping more day by day.
